Refund Policy

The plan costs ten Australian dollars for twelve months. Every game on this site is playable for free, forever, without paying us anything. You can play SpaceScape as much as you like before deciding whether the paid features are worth ten dollars to you.

Your rights are not affected

Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that we cannot exclude, and this policy does not try to. If the service is faulty, we owe you a remedy regardless of anything written here.

You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if the paid features:

• do not work, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
• are significantly different from how we described them; or
• fail in a way a reasonable person would not have accepted had they known about it in advance.

For a major failure you may choose a refund rather than a fix.

Cases where we will refund without argument

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• You were charged after cancelling.
• Cloud saves were unavailable for an extended period.
• We closed your account without cause while you had paid time remaining — we refund the unused portion.
• Someone used your card without your permission. Tell us and tell your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the current period, and you keep the paid features until that period runs out.

When a plan ends you keep every level you have already earned and can still read and download your cloud saves. We do not delete or lock progress you have earned.

How to ask

Email jsm.de@hotmail.com from the address on the account, telling us what went wrong. We aim to reply within five business days. If we agree a refund, it goes back to the original payment method.

If we cannot agree

You can take the matter to the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au.
