SLOP AI GAMES ("the site") is operated by JSM Digital Engineering ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
A collection of small browser games. The games are provided for entertainment. We make no promise that any particular game, feature or save will remain available indefinitely.
The games are free to play, and every game that has progress saves it at no charge — in your browser, or for Orion: Tactical Protocol on our servers. A paid plan backs most browser saves up to our servers, so your progress survives a cleared browser and follows you to any device you sign in from. It also raises the level ceiling in SpaceScape from 60 to 999.
If a paid plan lapses, you keep every level you have already earned and you can still read and download your existing cloud saves. You simply stop gaining levels above the free ceiling and stop writing new cloud saves. We do not delete or lock progress you have earned.
Paid plans are billed in Australian dollars and run for twelve months from the date of purchase. Prices are shown before you pay. If we change the price, the new price applies only to renewals after the change, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

Do not use the site to break the law, attack or overload our systems, attempt to access another person's account or data, or submit content you do not have the right to submit. We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
These fair-play rules concern gameplay, not ordinary browsing, downloading or search indexing. If we reasonably determine that a player has broken them, we may issue a warning, stop duplicate sessions, correct progress or rewards obtained through the breach, or restrict gameplay or an account proportionately to the seriousness and repetition of the breach. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. You can ask us to review a decision at jsm.de@hotmail.com. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
If you send us a game or other material, you confirm it is yours to send, and you give us permission to host and display it on the site. You keep ownership of what you make. Tell us if you want it taken down and we will remove it.
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may close or suspend an account that breaches these terms. If we close your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused portion.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction.
