Terms of Service

SLOP AI GAMES ("the site") is operated by JSM Digital Engineering ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

A collection of small browser games. The games are provided for entertainment. We make no promise that any particular game, feature or save will remain available indefinitely.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a working email address and choose a password of at least ten characters.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian first.
• Tell us promptly at jsm.de@hotmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Free and paid features

The games are free to play. A paid plan adds cloud saves that sync between devices, and raises the SpaceScape level ceiling from 60 to 999.

If a paid plan lapses, you keep every level you have already earned and you can still read and download your existing cloud saves. You simply stop gaining levels above the free ceiling and stop writing new cloud saves. We do not delete or lock progress you have earned.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed in Australian dollars and run for twelve months from the date of purchase. Prices are shown before you pay. If we change the price, the new price applies only to renewals after the change, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, attack or overload our systems, attempt to access another person's account or data, or submit content you do not have the right to submit. We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

6. Content you submit

If you send us a game or other material, you confirm it is yours to send, and you give us permission to host and display it on the site. You keep ownership of what you make. Tell us if you want it taken down and we will remove it.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may close or suspend an account that breaches these terms. If we close your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused portion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction.
